Site Assessment

We evaluate sun exposure, existing drainage, soil condition, and how the space is used to recommend the right turf type for your yard.

Existing Removal

Dead grass, weeds, and existing vegetation are removed and disposed of. The area is cleared to bare soil or subgrade for synthetic base prep.

Soil & Base Prep

For sod: soil is graded, amended, and raked. For synthetic: a compacted aggregate base is installed with a weed barrier for clean drainage and stability.

Install

Sod is laid in a staggered brick pattern, seams pressed tight, and rolled. Synthetic turf is rolled, seamed, trimmed, infilled, and brushed upright.

Final Grade & Handoff
